The Executive Committee and Senior Management brings together individuals with a mixture of experience, knowledge and skills, creating a well-rounded and dynamic management team. The team’s focus is to achieve profitable growth, increase market penetration and develop innovative products within the digital and mobile space. Gruden’s Executive Committee is responsible for working with the Board to create the group’s direction for success, and works with the wider Senior Management team to direct and drive its implementation.
Chief Executive Officer
Tim comes to the group with an extensive career in the marketing communications industry, spanning over 30 plus years. He has held senior roles with Ogilvy in London and Interpublic Group in Hong Kong. He was also the Executive Director of The Clemenger Group, Australia’s largest marketing communications business, majority owned by the NYSE-listed Omnicom holding company.
In his most recent role as MD of Publicis Worldwide Australia, Tim oversaw the acquisition of digital and mobile technology businesses, recognising the crucial role they have in enabling customer engagement and loyalty. He was also the CEO of soccer club Sydney FC in the formative years of the A League.
Executive Sales Director
Warren leads the business development of new clients across the entire group. Based in WA – a strategic growth area for the group – Warren’s role is nationwide, supported by regional Commercial Directors who specialise in core areas of the business. With his experience in multiple marketing agencies, as well as being the founder of Blackglass (what is now Gruden’s Performance Marketing arm), Warren leads all new client engagements based on a strategic point of view. Understanding the clients’ commercial needs and gathering the key requirements, Warren and his team develop tailored digital solutions that offer commercial results and strong returns (ROI).
Group Client Services Director
Brent was an Executive Director of Gruden with a focus on the web development division within the business. Starting out studying commercial design, he began his career as an interactive graphic designer. During that time he worked across a spectrum of creative disciplines, finally settling within web/digital. Utilising his design background and solid understanding of customer needs, Brent now drives the engagement of Gruden’s major clients, ensuring the growth and retention of these key partnerships, as well as external third party relationships.
Managing Director, mobileDEN
As mobileDEN.’s Managing Director, Todd is tasked with rolling out the platform globally. He is accountable for its strategic direction, product development and growth. His current focus is on Australian and Asia Pacific market growth, as well as large mobilisation opportunities for the platform, specifically with brands seeking retail engagement through digital. Working with his operational team and technology experts, Todd is ensuring the opportunity to grow relationships, find new clients and keep the platform innovative remain key to mobileDEN.’s strategic priorities.
Managing Director, Government Practice
Andrew is the Managing Director of our Government Practice, a business unit of Gruden that is dedicated to the delivery of clever digital solutions for the public sector. His current passion is assisting government agencies in leveraging cloud computing, social media and mobile technology to drive citizen engagement and business efficiency.
Andrew has been working in IT since 1996. After gaining experience within the retail and investment banking sectors, Andrew developed a passion for the delivery of government services using digital business solutions. His formal qualifications cover computer programming, project management and organisational change management. Andrew completed a Master of Business Administration in 2011.
GM, Performance Marketing
Originally from Italy, Costantino has been living in Australia for over eight years. Known as Costa to his colleagues, he started working for Gruden’s Performance Marketing arm (originally known as Blackglass back in 2009). Costa was promoted to a number of different roles including Head of Social Media and Group Account Director. With experience across marketing and communication roles, Costa is an all-round digital marketer who brings a creative and engaging approach to fostering long term relationships.
As General Manager for the Digital Services arm of the business, he is focussed on planning and managing the delivery of the high-quality services and operations expected by our clients. He also leads the performance marketing, social media, content and SEO teams.
Head of Legal Services/IP
As the in-house counsel, Ymania manages all contractual matters (standard and nonstandard service contracts) and client attorney/lawyer communication. She advises Gruden on IP commercialisation as the IP Specialist in the areas of trademark law, copyright law, and designs law as well as the lead in industrial relations, workforce safety and the relevant statutory requirements for Gruden.

Head of Finance
Winston is a CPA and CIMA qualified accountant with extensive finance experience across Deloitte, the Investa Property Group, Thomas & Coffey and Hillgrove Resources. Winston’s two latter roles span a decade as Financial Controller of those respective companies.
Winston’s role is pivotal in Gruden’s evolution, focussing on clear analysis of the organistion’s income streams, financial performance and financial processes.
Chief Strategy Officer
Prior to joining Gruden, John was a partner at Orchestrate, a boutique consulting firm offering digital strategy advisory services to enterprise clients. Starting his digital career at pioneering Internet firm OzEmail in the mid-1990’s, John has worked in a variety of roles across the breadth of the digital industry, including a number of years as Chief Executive of AIMIA, the digital industry association for Australia. As Head of Digital Services for Gruden, John has responsibility for developing and managing the implementation of product and digital strategies that support the growth of the company.
As a creative professional, Vaughan has dedicated his career to pushing the limits of UI and UX design. Vaughan has spent over a decade managing and mentoring design teams on projects for local and international brands. With a background in psychology, Vaughan approaches digital challenges with a scientific method focused on empathising with user’s motivations. With a strong eye for detail and an endless knowledge of human centered design principles, Vaughan ensures all projects are delivered with pixel precision. Being a digital technology enthusiast, Vaughan is always looking for new and exciting ways to integrate people’s lives with the devices they use.
General Manager of mobileDEN.
Gavin is the General Manager of mobileDEN. An entrepreneur from a young age, prior to joining mobileDEN., Gavin set up and ran two high growth digital agencies as well as co-founding two successful online product ventures. He has a passion for creating customer value and 20 years of experience in driving digital transformation, developing clients’ digital strategies and online monetisation. He is responsible for executing the product strategy and vision for the mobileDEN. platform. He holds a degree from UTS in Applied Science with a double major in Information Science & Computer Systems Analysis & design.
