Case Studies

Gruden worked with Ausgrid to design and develop trial safety campaign ‘Report It’ (Ausgrid Streetlights), an online tool which allows users to notify the utility of any damaged or hazardous electrical equipment. Simplicity was key, ensuring our solution was very easy (for anyone) to use. We worked in close collaboration with key Ausgrid stakeholders to focus on these key requirements & shaping the end solution.

Gruden is responsible for the design, build, enhancement and ongoing operational management of the successful whole-of-government AusTender system. AusTender plays an integral role in the Australian Government legislative and regulatory frameworks in enabling procurement activities for agencies, as well as serving as a key platform for achieving accountability and transparency around the expenditure of public sector funds totalling over $60 billion annually.
